License

A Talon for Mac purchase grants one person a non-transferable license to use the unlimited edition on that person's personal Macs. The license may not be sold, shared, published, reverse-engineered to bypass limits, or redistributed.

What the purchase includes

The purchase unlocks unlimited locally stored bookmarks and includes all version 1 updates. A future paid major version, if any, is optional. The current build requires macOS 14 or later on Apple Silicon.

Third-party services

Talon depends on services you control, including X and any selected AI provider. You are responsible for those accounts, credentials, credits, charges, and acceptable-use obligations. Talon cannot guarantee X API availability, approval, pricing, limits, or continued access.

Local data and backups

The Mac edition is local-first. You are responsible for exporting or backing up important library data. Talon will not intentionally delete stored bookmarks when the free quota is reached.

Support, refunds, and warranty

Support is available at support@talon.im. Refunds follow the published refund policy. To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided without guarantees that third-party services will remain available; mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
